Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

There is appropriated forty million dollars ($40,000,000.00) from the general fund to the 988 system trust fund account created by W.S. 35-25-506(a). This appropriation shall be subject to the requirements of W.S. 35-25-506 and shall not be expended for any other purpose not specified in W.S. 35-25-506. Notwithstanding W.S. 9
