Adopted
Plain English: The amendment changes parts of the bill so that entities formed by certain healthcare districts are subject to the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act instead of being immune from it.
Replaces 'immune under' with 'subject to' in the text, changing how these entities are treated legally.
Removes references to specific legal sections and replaces them with descriptions of the types of healthcare districts involved.
Changes 'entity' to 'entities', indicating that multiple entities can be affected by this amendment.
Modifies the effective date from July 1, 2024, to immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law.
The exact impact on specific healthcare districts and their operations is not detailed in the provided text.
