What This Bill Does
Removes the need for people running home-based educational programs to send their lesson plans to the local school board every year.
Changes the rule so that not sending a curriculum no longer automatically means the homeschool program does not meet state requirements.
Who It Names or Affects

Terms To Know

A learning environment where parents or guardians teach their own children at home instead of sending them to a public or private school.
