Subject: Provides authorization and funding for water development projects approved for study and planning. Summary/Major Elements: Authorizes specified reconnaissance and feasibility studies for water development projects. If not expended or transferred to another project at the same level, funds appropriated for Level I and II studies revert to the water development accounts on July 1, 2007.
