Subject: Increases the penalties for the crime of incest. Summary/Major Elements: Under current law, the penalties for the crime of incest are imprisonment for not more than 5 years, a fine of not more than $5,000.00, or both. This bill increases the penalties to imprisonment for not more than 15 years, a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.
