Subject: Increases the cost of commercial vehicle fees for oversize and overweight vehicles. Summary/Major Elements: Increases oversize commercial vehicle single trip permit from $15 to $25. Increases overweight permit fee from $0.04 to $0.06 for each ton of weight in excess of the weight limitation under W.S. 31-18-802. Increases the minimum fee for an overweight vehicle from $25 to $40.
