Subject: Corrects inadvertent errors and omissions in current statutes. Summary/Major Elements: This bill corrects inadvertent errors or omissions in past legislation, including provisions which reference state or federal laws which were amended subsequent to the reference being made. This bill repeals obsolete provisions. Included is one section (section 4) which amends and corrects a provision adopted in other legislation this session. Generally other legislation enacted this session supersedes this act to the extent the provisions conflict.
