2008 General Session Summary for HB0069 Bill No.: HB0069 Drafter: DKG LSO No.: 08LSO-0039 Effective Date: 7/1/2008 Enrolled Act No.: <enrnum> Chapter No.: <chptnum> Prime Sponsor: Management Council Catch Title: Revisor's bill. Subject: Corrects inadvertent errors and omissions in current statutes. Summary/Major Elements: This bill corrects inadvertent errors or omissions in past legislation, including provisions which reference state or federal laws which were amended subsequent to the reference being made. This bill repeals obsolete provisions. Included is one section (section 4) which amends and corrects a provision adopted in other legislation this session. Generally other legislation enacted this session supersedes this act to the extent the provisions conflict.
