Subject: Corrections of inadvertent errors and omissions in past legislation. Summary/Major Elements: This bill makes technical corrections to current statutes which are incorrect due to changes in statutory citations at the state and federal levels. It also corrects current laws (including legislation enacted earlier in this session) containing errors which were clear oversights or omissions.
