Subject: Legal publication requirements. Summary/Major Elements: This bill authorizes counties to post various required notices on the countys official website. This bill amends the information required when a county posts a summary of proceedings. The bill also amends the information regarding salaries of county employees which is required to be posted. This bill provides consistency in statutory references to the countys designated official newspaper. This bill is a companion bill with original Senate File 19 regarding city and town legal publications and Senate File 20 regarding special district legal publications.
