Subject: State parks and cultural resources. Summary/Major Elements: The bill allows the department of state parks and cultural resources to enter into agreements with ATM owners to allow customers to donate to state parks when withdrawing money. The bill allows the contracts to provide for retention by the ATM owner of a portion of the donated funds as an administrative fee in an amount not to exceed ten percent of the donated funds or $5 per transaction, whichever is less.
