Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,4

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated $250,000 from the General1
Fund for FY2026-27 to the State Department of Education to be used to2
develop and administer a program to provide grants to school districts,3
educational service units, and approved or accredited private,4
denominational, or parochial schools for the purchase of cybersecurity5
products and services. 6
