A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to civil procedure; to amend section 25-101,1
Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska; to modernize language; and to2
repeal the original section. 3
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,4

Section 1. Section 25-101, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, is1
amended to read: 2
25-101 The distinctions between actions at law and suits in equity,3
and the forms of all such actions and suits heretofore existing, are4
abolished; and in their place there shall be hereafter but one form of5
action, which shall be called a civil action. 6
Sec. 2. Original section 25-101, Reissue Revised Statutes of7
Nebraska, is repealed. 8
