A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to insurance; to provide payment method1
requirements for health insurers, health insurer vendors, and care2
management organizations as prescribed. 3
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,4

Section 1. Any payment issued on or after January 1, 2027, from a1
health insurer, a health insurer's contracted vendor, or a care2
management organization, to a health care provider for health care3
services shall not require that the only acceptable payment method is a4
