A BILL FOR AN ACT relating to schools; to provide for authorization for1
schools to maintain epinephrine for emergency first aid as2
prescribed. 3
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Nebraska,4

Section 1. The State Department of Education may authorize any1
accredited or approved public, private, denominational, or parochial2
school to maintain epinephrine in any form approved by the federal Food3
and Drug Administration for the purpose of emergency first aid to4
students who experience allergic reactions. 5
