ONE HUNDRED NINTH LEGISLATURE
SECOND SESSION
LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION 287
Introduced by Sorrentino, 39.
WHEREAS, the 2025 NSAA Class B Boys Golf State Championship was held in
Gering, Nebraska, at Monument Shadows on May 27 and 28; and
WHEREAS, junior Andrew Neitfeldt supported Elkhorn North's championship
title by hitting a 2 under par 70 earning the best round of the day by three
shots; and
WHEREAS, Andrew worked overtime for his individual title finishing 3 under
par 139 against players from York High School and Gretna High School; and
WHEREAS, Andrew's habitual consistency to scoring at or below par and his
skilled support in earning Elkhorn North's championship title deserves
recognition; and
WHEREAS, the Legislature recognizes the academic, athletic, and artistic
achievements of the youth of Nebraska.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ONE HUNDRED NINTH
LEGISLATURE OF NEBRASKA, SECOND SESSION:
1. That the Legislature congratulates Andrew Neitfeldt on earning the 2025
NSAA Class B Boys State Golf Individual Championship title.
2. That copies of this resolution be sent to Elkhorn North High School and
Andrew Neitfeldt.
