This bill: Clarifies that an applicant for disabled veteran plates must be a resident at the time of initial application and at the time of annual renewal; Lists vehicles for which disabled veteran plates may be obtained as including passenger cars, pickup trucks, motorcycles and multipurpose vehicles; Authorizes disabled veteran plates for a second vehicle upon payment of regular fees.
