Subject: Motor vehicle - bicycle safety. Summary/Major Elements: W.S. 31-5-203 establishes rules for motor vehicle drivers when they pass traffic moving in the same direction. This legislation amends W.S. 31-5-203 to require drivers allow at least three feet of separation between a bicycle and their vehicle when passing the bicycle.
