Subject: Revises meeting requirements for boards of cooperative educational services. Summary/Major Elements: This bill allows a board of cooperative educational services to meet quarterly and at other times called by the chairman. The law previously required board s of cooperative educational services adhere to the meeting requirements for boards of trustees of school districts. Wyoming Statute 21-3-110(a)(iv) requires local board of trustees of school districts to meet at least once per month.
