Subject: Report on revenues from fuel tax increase for highway funding. Summary/Major Elements: In 2013 the L egislature provided for a fuel tax increase. This bill requires the D epartment of T ransportation to continue to separately account for the revenues attributable to the tax increase. The bill also requires the department to annually report on revenue and expenditures attributable to the 2013 tax increase to the J oint A ppropriations C ommittee and the J oint T ransportation, H ighways and M ilitary A ffairs I nterim C ommittee until 2020.
