Subject: Reservation of big and trophy game animal licenses. Summary/Major Elements: Under current law, a person who purchased a specified big or trophy game animal license and is unable to use the license that year may, at no cost, reserve the license for use during the next year . This bill removes the limitation on what big or trophy game animal licenses may be reserved and authorizes the reservation of any unused limited quota, full price big or trophy game animal license. This bill requires the G ame and F ish C ommission to charge an administrative fee not less than $10.00 but not more than 4% of the cost of the initia l license to the person applying for the reservation of an unused big or trophy game animal license.
