Subject: Recoupment of reduced hunting licenses for persons with disabilities. Summary/Major Elements: Under current law, the Game and Fish Commission, upon receipt of the appropriate license fee, may issue up to 50 antelope licenses each year to non - profit organizations dedicated to providing hunting opportunities to individuals with disabilities. This bill specifies the cost of these licenses shall be equal to the cost of a resident antelope license. This bill provides recoupment to the Game and Fish Commission of the difference between the amount received for the antelope license and the amount the Commission should have received to issue that particular license.
