Subject: Amends who may certify disability Summary/Major Elements: W.S. 31-2-213(c) requires the Department of Tran sportation to issue windshield “ Handicapped ” placards to persons with a disability certified by a physician. This bill authorizes advanced practice registered nurses to also certify disability for the purpose of obtaining a handicapped placard.
