Subject: Branch bank licensing. Summary/Major Elements: Branch banks must be licensed in Wyoming by the Wyoming Banking Commissioner. Previously, the expiration of a branch bank license was linked to the date of the bank’ s initial license. This legislation establishes that all branch bank licenses will expire on June 30 th of each year and must be renewed not less than 30 days before the expiration date.
