Summary/Major Elements: The Wyoming Infrastructure Authority works to pro mote the development of Wyoming’ s economy through improvements to the S tate ’ s electric and energy transmission infrastructure and to promote the consumption of Wyoming energy. The Authority is authorized to fund projec ts through its bonding capacity. Previously, the law required projects funded by the Infrastructure Authority be located, at least in part, within Wyoming. This legislation removes statutory language limiting the Authority’ s ability to finance projects it does not own . This legislation removes the requirement that funded projects be locate d, at least in part, in Wyoming.
