Subject: Notice of changes in electric utility rates. Summary/Major Elements: Previously, a cooperative electric utility was required to provide notice to its customers when it increased or decreased its retail rates. This legislation removes the requirement that notice be provided when a utility is decreasing its retail rates. The above summary is not an official publication of the Wyoming Legislature and is not an official statement of legislative intent.
