Subject: Electronic tax assessment information Summary/Major Elements: This bill authorizes the electronic transmission of specified assessment information for ad valorem tax purposes. The bill provides that information is only authorized to be provided electronically if it is offered by the county or the Department of R evenue and requested by the taxpayer. The above summary is not an official publication of the Wyoming Legislature and is not an official statement of legislative intent.
