This joint resolution calls on Congress to: Fund necessary programs and services for gray wolf and grizzly bear management, particularly those that compensate individuals and entities for losses caused by these species; and Assist in funding necessary programs and services for gray wolf and grizzly bear management after the date the species are removed from the list of experimental nonessential population s , endangered species or threatened species in Wyoming.
