Subject: Removal of g ray wolves and grizzly bears from listing under the Endangered Species Act Summary/Major Elements: This joint resolution requests that Congress and the United Stat es Fish and Wildlife Services seek removal of gray wolf and grizzly bear populations from the list of experimental nonessential population s , endangered species or threatened species in Wyoming. This joint resolution calls on Congress to: Fund necessary programs and services for gray wolf and grizzly bear management, particularly those that compensate individuals and entities for losses caused by these species; and Assist in funding necessary programs and services for gray wolf and grizzly bear management after the date the species are removed from the list of experimental nonessential population s , endangered species or threatened species in Wyoming.
