Provides a prioritized list of projects to receive general funds appropriated under this act when a like amount of unappropriated, unobligated and unrestricted federal funds have been received by the

tate of Wyoming in the fiscal biennium commencing July 1, 2016
,
as certified by the

overnor and determined by the
S
tate

uditor.
Provides conditional appropriations from the Strategic Investments and Projects Account
(SIPA)
in fiscal year 2017 of at least

and in fiscal year 2018 of at
least $
76,400,000
. The act authorizes the

in interfund loans from the
