Subject: Amends the Workforce Investment Act to reflect changes in federal law Summary/Major Elements: This bill replaces statutory references to the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 with references to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act was recently adopted by Congress and replaces the Workforce Investment Act.
