Subject: Water Pollution Control Act and State Drinking Water Act revolving funds Summary/Major Elements: This act makes conforming amendments to bring Wyoming's Water Pollution Control Act and State Drinking Water Act into alignment with recent changes in federal law. The act authorizes the use of any amount of the allowable percentage of the capitalization grant for set-asides authorized by federal law. The act authorizes the corrective action account and mineral royalty capital construction account to provide the required twenty percent (20%). State match for the program, which shall be reimbursed from eligible program funds. The act authorizes grants and other forms of financial assistance. The act also extends the loan amortization and loan amortization maximum by ten (10) years. The act incorporates future changes to the federal Water Pollution Control Act and State Drinking Water Act into Wyoming law.
