Bill Summary Bill No.: SF0003 Effective : Immediate ly LSO No.: 18LSO-0048 Enrolled Act No.: SEA No. 0015 Chapter No.: 10 Prime Sponsor: Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife & Cultural Resources Interim Committee Catch Title: Antelope hunt licenses. Subject: Antelope hunt licenses. Summary/Major Elements: Current law authorizes the Game and Fish Commission to issue, upon payment of proper fees, up to eighty ( 80 ) licenses each year for the exclusive use of not more than a single one-shot antelope hunt. This act amends that language and authorizes the Commission to issue, upon payment of proper fees, up to one hundred sixty ( 160 ) licenses each year for the exclusive use of not more than two ( 2 ) antelope hunts, provided that: Not more than eighty ( 80 ) of these licenses are issued for a single antelope hunt event; Resource management requirements shall be considered in determining the total amount of licenses that are issued under the act.
