Bill Summary Bill No.: SF0005 Effective : 7/1/2018 LSO No.: 18LSO-0184 Enrolled Act No.: SEA No. 0007 Chapter No.: 15 Prime Sponsor: Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife & Cultural Resources Interim Committee Catch Title: Medicine Lodge state archaeological site. Subject: Inclusion of additional lands to the Medicine Lodge State Archaeological Site. Summary/Major Elements: This act provides that, subject to a management agreement between the Game and Fish Department and the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, three (3) parcels of land would become part of the Medicine Lodge State Archaeological Site. The three (3) parcels of land are: Approximately ten ( 10 ) acres in Dry Fork Canyon Approximately fourteen (14) acres in Hay Meadow Approximately twenty-eight ( 28 ) acres of land west of the Site Headquarters This act also provides that ownership of the land will not transfer between the two (2) departments.
