The bill authorizes the Wyoming livestock board and state veterinarian to promulgate any rules necessary to implement the act. Comments: Has a Split Effective Date; the section of the bill related to the effective date and rules promulgation are effective immediately and the substantive provisions of law in Section 1 of the act are effective July 1, 2021.
