Summary/Major Elements: Increases Department of Agriculture fees as follows: Mixtures or formulas from twenty dollars ($20.00) to forty dollars ($40.00); Fertilizers, soil conditioners or soil amendments from seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00); Regulated weighing and measuring devices for establishments with: No more than five (5) devices – from fifteen dollars ($15.00) to forty dollars ($40.00); More than five (5) and less than eleven (11) devices - from forty dollars ($40.00) to seventy-five dollars ($75.00); Eleven (11) or more devices - from seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00). Animal remedies from twenty dollars ($20.00) to thirty dollars ($30.00), but only if 2020 House Bill 0088- Livestock board investigators is not enacted into law. House Bill 0088 independently increases the animal remedies fee and provides for use of the increased fee.
