Clarifies the authority of the Wyoming Water Development Commission to contract with the Bureau of Reclamation for grants, contracts and financial assistance agreements for drought mitigation funding provided through the Inflation Reduction Act. Clarifies the authority of the Wyoming Water Development Commission to manage regional conservation partnership program projects with funds from the National Resources Conservation Service provided through the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. Requires the Water Development Commission to provide a report to the Legislature for each of the funded reconnaissance and feasibility studies.
