Summary/Major Elements: Current law provides a process for the Secretary of State to administratively dissolve corporations, partnerships and associations for various reasons. This bill adds a new cause for the Secretary of State to administratively dissolve corporations, partnerships and associations if the entity has provided false or fraudulent information to a registered agent, as determined by the Secretary of State during or following an examination of records, or following notification by the registered agent.
