Summary/Major Elements: This bill adds agritourism to the definition of "sport or recreational opportunity" for purposes of the Recreation Safety Act. The Recreation Safety Act provides that any person who takes part in any sport or recreational opportunity assumes the inherent risks in that sport or recreational opportunity. This bill also amends the definition of "sport or recreational opportunity" by adding the phrase including "but not limited to" to clarify that the list of activities is not an exclusive list. The bill provides a definition of "agritourism" for purposes of the Recreation Safety Act.
