Has Report: No Subject: Authorizing the use of debit cards to purchase lottery tickets. Summary/Major Elements: Under current law, only cash may be used to purchase lottery tickets. This act provides that debit cards may be used to purchase lottery tickets in Wyoming. Any other form of payment besides cash and debit cards is still prohibited. The above summary is not an official publication of the Wyoming Legislature and is not an official statement of legislative intent.
